ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provides ballpark relocation quotes/estimates via e-mail and phone.
- Qualifies and sets appointments for agent surveys.
- Works with agency network to ensure leads are properly handled by assisting agents with internet lead guidance and sales tips.
- Develops email templates for internet leads.
- Creates sales report/tracking and forecasting of leads to bookings based on internet leads, direct call leads, tradeshow leads and OTBA leads.
- Works with national account clients maintained through our call center; includes estimating, quoting, coordination and account management.
- Trains and provides guidance of internet sales representative on services, techniques and closing sales.
- Provides performance feedback of internet sales representative(s) to management.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Three to five years of customer service or marketing experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional telephone and customer service skills are required. Must have the ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasked environment and deal with sometimes challenging customers while maintaining professionalism. PC proficiency, specifically with Microsoft Word/Excel is required.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Associates Degree plus one year experience or equivalent work experience.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Must have the ability to sit at a desk and in front of a computer for long periods of time. Hybrid remote / in-office position. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. Must have the ability to handle stress. The employee is occasionally required to sit, stand and walk; use hands to finger, handle and feel; and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include appropriate vision needed to read a computer screen, paper forms and correspondence.
