Job Overview
The Project Manager oversees and coordinates the project management and administrative functions of the Preaching Institute (PI) for the Wheaton College Billy Graham Center. This role reports to the Director of Operations for the Church Evangelism and Preaching Institutes. We are seeking a part-time project manager (15-20 hours per week with growth potential) to manage logistics, planning, coordination, communications, and deliverables for the Preaching Institute.
Responsibilities
Project Management :
- In partnership with the Operations Director, develop and manage detailed project plans for the recruitment and onboarding of pastors and coaches, and ensuring timely execution of all PI events.
- Schedule and track curriculum deliverables, overseeing the progress of the curriculum point person and the editor.
- Manage the meetings, communication and coordination process of the core leadership team, the executive council, and the advisory group.
- Track all project deliverables and timelines, ensuring successful completion.
- Evaluate project outcomes and recommend improvements to processes and systems.

FLSA Status - Non-Exempt (eligible for overtime for work over 40 hours)
