Delivery Driver/Warehouse

As a Wheel Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of wheels to our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

Load and unload wheels weighing up to 50 pounds onto the delivery vehicle, ensuring proper handling and securing of the products.

Safely operate a delivery vehicle, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.

Plan and prioritize delivery routes to optimize efficiency and meet delivery deadlines.

Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional service during the delivery process.

Verify and document product quantities and condition at the time of delivery, ensuring accuracy and quality.

Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate order fulfillment and proper inventory management.

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle, conducting routine inspections and reporting any issues promptly.

Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to minimize the risk of accidents or injuries during transportation and delivery.

Complete necessary paperwork, including delivery logs, invoices, and customer signatures, accurately and in a timely manner.

Actively participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge of wheel products, delivery techniques, and customer service skills.

Assist with other warehouse tasks, such as inventory counts, restocking shelves, and organizing storage areas, as needed.

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred.

Ability to lift and carry wheels weighing up to 50 pounds safely and without assistance.

Strong work ethic with a commitment to honesty, reliability, and punctuality.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and coworkers.

Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.

Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.

Openness to learning and willingness to acquire knowledge about wheel products, delivery procedures, and company policies.

Familiarity with local roads, routes, and traffic patterns is a plus.

Ability to adapt to changing schedules and work demands.

Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or overtime as required.
