Operations Lead - US Deployment Team

We are expanding and seeking an experienced Operations Lead to manage our US Deployment team for on-site project deployments of our wheel.me robotics solutions at customer sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and provide guidance, support, and mentorship to our skilled team of Robotics Field Engineers and Field Technicians for on-site deployments of wheel.me robotics solutions at customer locations
- Take charge of the end-to-end deployment process, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within scope
- Streamline deployment processes to enhance customer experience and minimize disruptions
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices for efficient project execution
- Effectively manage resources, including personnel and equipment, to meet project objectives
- Work closely with customers to understand their requirements, provide expert guidance, and ensure the successful implementation of wheel.me solutions
- Provide customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or other relevant technical degree
- 5 years of experience in project management, product management, supplier quality management, or design release engineering, preferably with a focus on the successful deployment of complex technical solutions
- Previous experience leading and managing teams
- Understanding of diverse technical domains, including software, hardware, electromechanical, IT networking infrastructure, and robotics
- Ability to understand and troubleshoot technical issues
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Preferred Qualifications:
- A strong background in mechatronics, robotics, and IT networking infrastructure
- ROS (Robotic Operating System) experience
- Comprehensive stakeholder management experience
- Budgeting and forecasting skills
- Proficiency in ERP, CRM, and project management tools
