Responsibilities
- Lead project coordination efforts, ensuring all aspects of the construction process are managed effectively.
- Utilize project management software such as ProCore and HeavyBid for tracking project progress and budgeting.
- Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
- Review and interpret schematics to ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring adherence to terms and conditions.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address any issues, and ensure safety standards are met.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Prepare reports on project status for stakeholders, highlighting any potential risks or delays.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and construction processes.
- Proficiency in project scheduling tools such as Primavera and experience with contract management.
- Familiarity with construction software including ProCore and HeavyBid is preferred.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in reviewing schematics and contracts.
