ICM Warehouse AssociateSalt Lake City, UTDescriptionICM Solutions is looking for a highly motivated Warehouse Associate for our Salt Lake City, Utah location.Duties & Responsibilities : Provide answers and solutions to customer questions for will-call orders including back-ordered parts, shipping, and logistic questions, updated parts questions, etc.Proactively manage customer expectations related to backorders.Perform warehouse duties as required.Pull, pack and release parts orders as needed.Participate and complete training as required or as is available.Work daily customer backorder queue. (EMBO report)Process returns.Process and stage customer orders.Clean and stock area daily and as needed throughout the shift.Shipping and receiving shipmentsStaging parts for the service team in the shop and yardCutting belt and shafts for conveyorsIdentifying alternative sources for partsOther duties as assignedRequired Qualifications : A continuous commitment to working safely.Willing to promote a teamwork attitude working closely with all departments throughout the companyCustomer Service Proficiency / Aptitude : Ability to add value to our products and service.
