Client Service Coordinator (Onsite)

Location : Fully onsite - Addison, TX
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM or 9 AM - 5 PM
Job Summary :
Seeking a Client Service Coordinator to assist with bids by obtaining vendor data and sourcing, awarding vendor jobs, and maintaining vendor relationships. This role interfaces closely with internal departments, vendors, and clients to ensure efficient coordination of services such as large roll-off dumpsters for non-regular waste and recycling solutions. The ideal candidate must be polished, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
Source and register vendors.
Quote and book jobs based on client needs.
Track and manage vendor relationships.
Manage marketing tools for quoting and booking jobs.
Utilize SAAS tools to streamline operations.
Research vendor networks for diversification and expansion.
Document and create current processes when needed.
Maintain detailed and organized files and records.
Work closely with other departments, clients, and vendors daily.
Maintain documentation, invoices, applications, and records.
Conduct internet research on services based on client requirements.
Assist with RFPs by calling vendors to obtain rates.
Collect vendor invoices for premier customers.
Set up all new vendors in the company's systems.
Perform other projects and duties as assigned.

Education & Experience Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
1-3 years of related experience in vendor relations / negotiation.
Experience in solid waste and recycling preferred.
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, negotiation, written, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to analyze potential and actual problems and develop optimal solutions.
Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Word and Outlook.
Proficiency in Excel, including VLookups, sorting, filtering, and formula creation.
Strong manual dexterity for operating a computer, keyboard, and mouse.
Clear and accurate verbal communication for phone operations.
