Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid Schedule)
Employment Type: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8-hour day shifts | No weekends
Expected Hours: 40 per week
Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking Junior RPO Recruiters to support one of our major retail clients in Plano, TX. If you're driven, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment—we want to hear from you.
In this high-volume, nationwide recruiting role, you'll gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and recruitment operations while working directly with our corporate retail partner.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Partner with hiring managers to identify and screen candidates for retail roles across the U.S.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess qualifications and fit
- Leverage platforms like ZipRecruiter and other sourcing tools to build a robust candidate pipeline
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Support onboarding and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly recruiting metrics
- Provide regular updates and insights to internal teams and clients
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–4 years of experience in retail, customer service, call center, or hospitality (recruiting experience is a plus)
- Strong communication skills and a passion for providing a great candidate experience
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Organized, detail-oriented, and metrics-driven
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and online recruiting tools
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
