Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No nights or weekends)

Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking two licensed and motivated Physical Therapists to join a leading pediatric healthcare provider in West Palm Beach, FL. This is a direct hire opportunity working in both inpatient and outpatient settings with a high-volume caseload focused on pediatric orthopedic care.

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with orthopedic conditions such as scoliosis, limb lengthening, amputations/prosthetics, and hip dysplasia.
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans that promote physical function and patient independence.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including PTAs, aides, and technicians to deliver high-quality care.
- Delegate components of care to support staff and oversee quality of care delivery.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust plans based on outcomes and clinical findings.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy required; Doctorate (DPT) preferred.
- Active Physical Therapist license in Florida or willingness to obtain. Licensing assistance available for relocating candidates.
- Current BLS certification (American Heart Association) required.
- 2 years of experience preferred, but all levels will be considered.
