QA / QC Engineer
Location : Dallas, TX (Fully Onsite)
Pay : $75k - $80k

Reports to : QA / QC Manager
Summary :
We are seeking a QA / QC Engineer to execute Quality Assurance and Quality Control duties for our Dallas fabrication shop, as well as for our suppliers and vendors. This role requires a skilled individual who is passionate about maintaining high-quality standards and contributing to the success of the company’s production operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with the implementation of the QA / QC management system.
- Conduct quality inspections at the Dallas Fab Shop, subcontractors, and vendor sites.
- Arrange and oversee nondestructive testing (NDT).
- Coordinate quality matters with the fab shop project manager and foremen.
- Perform receipt inspections and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
- Distribute QA / QC documentation to the production team.
- Prepare and assist with internal and external audits.
- Ensure quality control documentation is complete and up to date for project handover.
- Utilize advanced tools and techniques (e.g., 3D scanner) to maintain cutting-edge quality standards.
- Manage nonconformance reports and implement corrective actions.
- Review customer specifications and ensure relevant training is undertaken.
- Support the development and implementation of the Integrated Management System (IMS).
- Ensure all quality-related technical documents are current and compliant.
- Perform additional QA / QC tasks as assigned.
