Overview
Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a Branch Manager for our client in Albuquerque, NM. This hands-on leadership role requires managing counter sales, warehouse operations, and a small team of three employees. The ideal candidate will have customer service, sales, and leadership experience, along with a strong understanding of warehouse management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee branch operations, ensuring efficiency from warehouse to front counter sales.
- Lead and manage a small team, fostering productivity and morale.
- Drive sales and customer service, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and manage branch finances, including P&L responsibilities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Provide hands-on leadership in daily warehouse activities and customer interactions.
- Manage scheduling, payroll, hiring, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure facility upkeep and compliance with all regulatory obligations, including OSHA and HazMat.
- Report branch performance to regional management and contribute to business growth strategies.
