This role involves both in-office and field responsibilities , overseeing a large territory that includes two key branches in Rosemont and Lombard, IL . The Director will lead a team of 10 Hospice Sales Consultants , driving growth through client visits, consultant ride-alongs, and strategic sales leadership.
