National Sales Representative
Compensation Estimate :
Salary : $60K base salary uncapped commission (varies by deal size)
First Year OTE : $75K - $95K (with potential to earn more)
Second Year OTE : $100K
Additional : Accounts / contracts are revisited after 2 years, offering residual income and opportunities to extend agreements upon renewal.

Hours : Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Job Summary
Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking dynamic and self-motivated National Sales Executives to join our rapidly growing team. The ideal candidates will have a strong passion for sales, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to achieve results consistently.
Job Responsibilities
Prospecting : Relentlessly pursue new clients through cold calls, email campaigns, and other marketing strategies within various sectors such as industrial, multifamily housing, hospitality, retail, municipalities, healthcare, education, and more.
Relationship Building : Establish and maintain long-lasting relationships with decision-makers within assigned territories or sales verticals.
Sales Strategy : Develop and implement innovative sales methodologies to improve close rates and reduce sales cycles.
Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends and create opportunities to expand business.
Contract Management : Prepare and manage sales contracts in accordance with company policies.
Client Management : Manage company and client expectations to ensure satisfaction.
Customer Experience : Continuously develop ways to improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty.
Professionalism : Represent Wheeler Staffing Partners' values and professionalism through adherence to company standards and teamwork.
Job Requirements
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience : Proven track record in closing national deals, with experience in the sustainability or waste industry being a plus.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly HubSpot (Salesforce or similar CRM also considered).
Location : Must be willing to work onsite in Addison, TX.
