Shift : Mon-Fri 8am – 5pm with flexibility

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care in home health settings, focusing on rehabilitation techniques for complex neurological injuries.
• Provide care tailored to each patient’s individual needs, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
• Travel within Madison, Walton, Oconee, and Morgan Counties to provide services.
• Maintain professional autonomy while working independently under minimal supervision.
• Build strong patient and family relationships to promote healing and wellness.
