Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $104,100 – $140,500 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. What will you do?
- Develop, analyze, and interpret financial information to appraise operating results
- Direct financial profit and loss and cash flow statement reporting based on past, present, and future operations
- Oversee the execution of financial related projects and system implementation
- Review audit findings and assist in the development of action plans and enforcement of solutions
- Direct the cage department operational needs, control requirements, procedural efficiencies, and resolution of guest complaints
More about you
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a minimum of 5 years in a financial management role as controller or director
- Previous Casino experience preferred
- Experience with compliance reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn internal financial software required
- Ability to obtain and retain a West Virginia Gaming Commission license
