What will you do?
- Paint, hang, and repair drywall as needed and install shelves, hooks, and closet rods
- Change light bulbs, replace fixtures, open clogged drains, and repair leaks
- Perform lawn maintenance including mowing and removing weeds
- Ensure tools and equipment are in working order and keep the maintenance room in neat condition
- Assist with loading or unloading trucks of maintenance parts and supplies
- Operate motor vehicle when necessary
More about you
- No high school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in general maintenance and repair for commercial facilities required
- Previous experience with heavy or agricultural machinery preferred
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass a drug screen
Physical requirements
- Frequent pushing, pulling, squatting, and kneeling
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds
- Standing and walking 100% of the time
- Must be able to work outside in all types of weather
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass a drug screen
