We are seeking a motivated and dynamic internet Car Salesman to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to clients looking to purchase vehicles. You will leverage your sales skills and knowledge of our inventory to match customers with the right vehicles, ensuring a positive buying experience. You will be online trying to get customers in.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers through various channels, including in-person, phone, and online inquiries.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer preferences and requirements.
- Present vehicle options, highlighting features and benefits to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized inventory management system to ensure accurate tracking of available vehicles.
- Follow up with leads and past customers through outbound sales efforts to build relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support, addressing any concerns or questions from customers.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to enhance sales strategies.
Skills
- Strong public speaking abilities to effectively communicate with diverse clientele.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader customer base.
- Proven experience in outside sales or automotive sales is highly desirable.
