At Wheels Up, we believe in fair compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications. The salary for this role ranges from $55,000 - $60,000, depending on a variety of factors. We don’t typically start individuals at the top of the salary range; your place within the range is based on what you bring to the table. Additionally, you may be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program, which rewards individual and organizational performance.

Responsibilities
Your Key Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
- Work with Wheels Up pilots to dispatch fueling plans optimized for fuel burn and cost savings
- Create training for pilots and operational teams to maximize fuel savings for daily operations
- Ensure pilots are setup and have access to all updated fuel, airport, and FBO information on their trip sheet or via solicited calls
- Understand all of Wheels Up’s fuel management system capabilities and use them effectively as well as suggest any process enhancements based on day-to-day operations
- Ensure the fuel management system’s fuel pricing and airport/FBO fees data is up to date and accurate by working with Wheels Up’s Procurement team and, on occasion, Wheels Up’s business partners
- Work with the fuel management program and the Accounting team to reconcile fuel charges
- Coordinate with Wheels Up’s business partners in providing operational dynamic datasets
- Field any day of service requests from Wheels Up’s business partners
- Act jointly with Wheels Up’s FBO Operations team on any case resolution with our business partners
- Ensure pilots and aircraft have the correct active payment methods and track accordingly
What You Bring to the Table: Education & Certification Requirements
We’re looking for someone who has a unique mix of experience, skills, and passion for what we do:
- Experience in the airline, charter, or fractional corporate aviation industry
- High School Diploma, or GED required
- Knowledge of business jet performance capabilities
- Excellent prioritization and coordination skills in a fast-paced environment
- Creative problem resolution skills
- The ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with internal and external customers
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
While not mandatory, here are some additional things that would make you stand out:
- Bachelor's degree in aviation, or equivalent experience
- 1 years' FAR Parts 91, 121, or 135 experience preferred
