Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing inventory levels, ensuring accuracy in stock counts, and supporting overall supply chain operations. This position requires a strong understanding of inventory management systems and the ability to analyze data to support informed decision-making.
The Inventory Clerk will be responsible for maintaining the inventory of machined parts from over-runs and managing the inventory of all hardware received and scheduled for use by the Assembly function.
Duties
- Maintain product and hardware inventory and traceability by ensuring all materials are properly marked with Control Numbers before being placed into inventory or used at any machine.
- Verify all incoming materials (count, weight, quality) against purchase orders and use the software system to maintain accurate records.
- Pull materials from inventory for inspection and verification prior to shipment.
- Organize hardware by Job # for upcoming Assembly jobs requiring inventory-stored hardware.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Operate a forklift and pass the required forklift certification exam.
- Assist the shipping department with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Oversee truck drivers (vendors) on-site to ensure safety protocols are followed, as required.
- Perform daily cleaning and low-level maintenance of facilities as needed.
- Provide support to the Repair, Assembly, and Production processes as required.
- Occasionally handle delivery and pickup of items to and from vendors and customers.
Experience
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent preferred
- Prior industrial or manufacturing related knowledge and work experience preferred.
- Must be US Citizen.
- A driving record that is free of accidents and tickets for a minimum of 2 years.
- Knowledge of industry best practices in inventory control and management is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
