Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Assess and evaluate student progress through standardized testing and other assessment methods.
- Create a nurturing classroom environment that supports child welfare and encourages active participation.
- Provide individualized support to students, particularly those needing early intervention or additional literacy education and math assistance.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other educators to promote student success and well-being.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and behavior, providing feedback to parents as necessary.
- Foster a love for learning by incorporating engaging activities related to preschool education and childcare practices.
