Job Summary
We are excited to announce the opening of a new store in Clive and are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team.
Where Ya Bin is not your typical retail establishment. We are what I like to call retail for those who hate to work retail. No Merchandising, no inventory, no cash handling! We do however work hard and give fantastic customer service.
Where Ya Bin, is a true treasure hunting shopping experience. With out stores you get a unique shopping experience that will live up to your savings expectations! Each week, we purchase truckloads of overstocked goods and customer returns from the largest online retailers across America! Each week we receive thousands of different items with an "everything must go" pricing model. Our pricing begins at $10 on Fridays and descends daily until it’s only $0.25 on Thursdays! This is so the bins can be emptied entirely and fully restocked with updated merchandise the following week. At Where Ya Bin, we have an ever-changing inventory!
Responsibilities
- Be available between 8am and 8pm
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Handle credit card transactions
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization to create an inviting shopping atmosphere.
- Assist with inventory handling and loading of bins.
- Lead by example, demonstrating strong work ethic and professionalism to inspire fellow associates.
- Engage with customers to create an environment that makes them want to come back over and over again.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse customers.
- Basic math skills for accurate pricing and transaction processing.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
We do require background checks. We DO NOT hire felons, this includes but is not limited to felony charges, misdemeanor charges with theft, drugs, and assault.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
