Johnson Machinery & Truck Service, Inc. (JMTS) provides heavy equipment and semi - tractor trailer overhaul, field repair and preventive maintenance services to its customers. The Company's primary mission is to keep Wherry Truck Lines / Green Waste Disposal machinery running and provide an exceptional level of service to all its customers.
The Parts Specialist will assist the Parts Manager and will provide parts to Mechanics and customers, maintains inventory, provides customer service. The position will require you to relocate to Fort Myers, Florida at the applicant's expense. This is an opportunity for anyone planning to move here.
Parts Specialist – Desired Skills
- Computer literate.
- Ability to order stock, updates computer, works with mechanics and customers.
- Knowledgeable about Mack truck parts and heavy equipment parts for Wheel Loaders, excavators, etc,
- Ability to restocks inventory on shelves.
- Ability to maintains shop, office and parts room.
- Ability to manage the parts department when Manager is not available.
Parts Specialist - Qualifications
- Customer and employee friendly with team player attitude.
- Required to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to work overtime up to 50 hours a week.
- Ability to speak Spanish a plus.
Parts Specialist - Physical Requirements
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
- Long periods of standing.
- Works with oils and greases
- Works outside in the elements.
