Position Overview
We are looking for responsible and customer-focused Shuttle Drivers to join our team. This role involves safely transporting passengers to and from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, providing exceptional service, and ensuring a comfortable and reliable travel experience. Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate non-commercial and commercial vehicles to transport passengers
- Deliver excellent customer service through professional communication and assistance
- Follow designated routes and schedules with precision and punctuality
- Assist passengers with boarding and exiting, including those with mobility challenges
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and well-presented shuttle bus to ensure passenger comfort
- Work collaboratively with dispatchers and team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications & Skills
- Ability to pass a federally mandated DOT drug screening and background check
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (past 5 years)
- Prior commercial driving experience preferred (paratransit, school bus, shuttle services, etc.), but not required
- Strong communication skills with a professional and courteous demeanor
- Physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs. (assisting passengers with luggage or mobility devices)
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to provide top-tier customer service
