The Camp Lucy Sales Manager is responsible for selling the Camp Lucy experience. This position reports to the Resort Director. The general responsibilities are listed below. As Camp Lucy continues to grow and as needs change, the responsibilities of this position may change.
Responsibilities:
· Focus on acquiring new business, specifically corporate, social and film business.
· Build relationships with corporate planners and DMCs.
· Follow sales process by qualifying leads, probing for needs, setting up an in person site visit and closing the business.
· Attend networking events to build relationships and solicit new business.
Key qualities in the person we’re looking for include:
- A minimum of 3 years sales experience.
- Computer proficient and ready to quickly learn new software. Delphi/Amadeus and Maestro experience beneficial.
- Must be organized and possess a natural gift of hospitality in any situation.
- Always ready and looking for creative ways to make the guest experience at Camp Lucy memorable.
- Must be adaptable to a work schedule that will require some weekends and holidays. Peak business periods may require extended workdays.
