What you’ll do to help us:
In our provided Company Car, the WhipFlip Car Concierge will be in charge of servicing our valued customers and providing them with nothing short of a phenomenal customer service experience. Each day you will deploy from your home (that’s right….NO OFFICE!) to arrive at the customers location at their specified appointment time to complete the sale. Better yet, most of the work has already been done for you! These customers have already decided to sell their car to us and just need a bright smiling face to help them complete the transaction, paperwork, and payment.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
· Traveling to customer appointments to complete the sale of their vehicle.
· Quick inspection to verify vehicle condition is as described when our offer was made.
· Handling of title and paperwork (mostly already prefilled) and completing payment through our system.
· Thanking them for their business and trust in WhipFlip!
Requirements:
· High school diploma. College degree preferred.
· 3 years in customer service and/or sales experience.
· Automotive experience preferred, not required. This is easy! We’ll teach you!
· Ability to work full-time 5 days a week from the hours of 10am-7pm M-F and 9-4 on Saturday.
· MUST be punctual, always on time.
· Possess a phenomenal, customer service-oriented attitude 24/7.
· Valid driver’s license and no insurance impactful driving record issues
- Reliable personal transportation (A MUST). We provide a generous monthly car allowance and gas card.
· Highly organized with lasered in focus and attention to detail.
· Proficient with using a smartphone, tablet, and computer and their basic operating systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
