You will participate in capacity reviews, inventory planning, make recommendations, and communicate changes in schedules.
The Role:
- Lead the Sales Operations Planning (S OP) process, drive the improvement agenda.
- Develop monthly Production Plan based on Demand input and Capacity situation.
- Establish and maintain a weekly master production schedule to support Production Plan
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure feasible, aligned operational plans.
- Help define and maintain S OP KPIs and metrics to support continuous improvement.
- Distribute work orders and assist department personnel in obtaining items (drawings, parts, etc.) necessary to complete job operations and job material transactions.
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings to support business initiatives, adjust plans accordingly, and communicate supply chain issues and recommendations for resolution.
- Review and maintain master data for legacy and new products for proper planning.
- Communicate shortages to appropriate departments and make recommendations.
- Manage running action and issues list, drive issues to closure on a timely basis.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain, or related field
- 3 years' experience as a material planner or master scheduler
- Experience leading a Sales Operations Planning process
- Ability to travel up to 15%
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
