- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent field from an accredited university or college.
- Five years' experience in engineering development.
- Three years' leadership experience in an engineering role.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 15%.
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
You should also possess strong communication, presentation, and technical writing skills, as well as proficiency in DOORS and MS Office products.
