Key Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed the sales goals for your assigned territory.
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email regarding their orders, inquiries, and ongoing projects.
- Input accurate and timely information into the CRM system, following the established CRM Process Guidelines.
- Assist the District Sales Manager in acquiring and onboarding new customers, while ensuring a smooth transition and continued engagement with Whirlwind.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Whirlwind’s product offerings to provide customers with the best possible solutions.
- Uphold the company’s values and consistently deliver on the Whirlwind brand promise.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail when keying orders to minimize mistakes and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Proven inside sales experience, with a successful track record in a sales-driven environment.
- Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Excellent time management skills, with a focus on prioritizing high-impact sales activities to meet or exceed targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales processes is highly desirable.
- Metal Building Industry experience is a plus, but not required.
