What are the responsibilities and job description for the Flex Route Sales Representative position at Whisha Specialty Coffee Distributors?
The Flex Driver role is responsible for delivering assigned orders within the region, assisting with vacation coverage, conducting supply pick-ups, restocking regional depots, and working in the warehouse when Flex coverage is not needed. Flex Drivers start and end their days at the warehouse. Box Truck experience is required in order to fill this role.
This Individual will service the Connecticut/Northern NY stores.
SHIFT
· 5:00am – 1:30pm
· Monday – Friday
· Full Time
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
- Ability to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Retail and merchandising skills.
- Possess a valid driver’s license.
- Clean driving record.
- High school diploma, GED, or military service
- Ability to lift 60 lbs.
