Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and alcohol beverages according to standard recipes.
- Operate cash register and POS systems efficiently, handling transactions accurately.
- Engage with customers to take orders, provide recommendations, and address any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including counters and equipment.
- Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring all items meet quality standards.
- Manage inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies; report shortages as necessary.
- Utilize basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales reporting.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Uphold health and safety standards in food handling and preparation.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a café or restaurant environment is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
- Basic math skills to assist with cash handling and inventory management.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
