Key Responsibilities:
- Provide knowledgeable, friendly, and professional service from start to finish.
- Accurately describe menu items, including whiskey flights, cocktails, and food pairings, with enthusiasm and clarity.
- Create an inviting and upscale atmosphere that reflects the Whiskero experience — refined, yet personal.
- Anticipate guest needs and go above and beyond to make each visit special.
- Collaborate with bartenders and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery.
- Handle payments with accuracy and grace, while thanking guests and inviting them back.
- Support private events, tastings, and activations that reflect our brand’s mission and culture.
Skills & Traits That Set You Apart:
- Genuinely friendly, outgoing, and service-oriented — you treat every guest like a VIP.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to read a room.
- Familiarity with craft cocktails and whiskey is a plus, but curiosity and eagerness to learn is even better.

- Previous experience in upscale or craft-driven restaurants or bars preferred.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure, even on high-volume nights.
