What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veterinary Receptionist position at Whiskers and Wags Animal Hospital?
We are currently looking for a new client service representative to join our wonderful team. Whiskers and Wags Animal Hospital strives to provide the best veterinary care possible for our community. Duties include, but are not limited to, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, welcoming clients in a warm and friendly manner, checking out clients, and receiving inventory. This is a high pressure position that requires the right personality and skills to excel in. Applicants must possess a positive attitude, strong communication skills, ability to operate in stressful situations with accuracy and precision, strong computer skills, and be able to prioritize multiple tasks all while staying organized. Willingness to work beyond scheduled time(s) will be required due to the nature of our field. This is a drug free workplace.
