Summary
This is a dynamic and unique position that requires a blend of remote work and hands on pet care in our client's homes. As the Pet Sitting Supervisor at Whiskers While You Work, LLC, you will be leading a team of pet professionals who are responsible for providing exceptional care for pets in their own homes. This role is vital to our commitment to delivering personalized pet care services that prioritize the well-being and happiness of our furry clients.
This position is commission based and is comprised of 2 job duties: Supervisory, and On site. Supervisory work will be required Tuesday-Saturday and can be done remotely. On site work is completed in our client's homes providing dog walking and pet sitting services for half days Wednesdays, and full days Thursdays Fridays and Saturdays. Additional on site work can be picked up for the opportunity to increase income as well.
Because this job is commission based, the ability to earn grows with the company. It is a self driven roll. For the right person, who has the ability to provide excellent team management, superb customer service and outstanding pet care, the sky is the limit!

Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily booking and new client requests.
- Hiring and training new pet sitters
- Managing existing sitters to ensure that company policies are followed and that our customers receive top notch care.
- Monitoring the schedule daily to ensure that visits are completed in a timely manner.
- Providing hands on in home pet care a minimum of 3.5 days per week.
- Dependable with a strong sense of responsibility towards animal welfare.
