What are the responsibilities and job description for the RV Park Front Desk Clerk position at Whiskey Flats RV Park?
Whiskey Flats RV Park is seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Clerk to work at our RV Park in the weekends. This position will assist guests with reservations and RV inquiries, maintain the gift shop, ensure transactions are done properly, and work with management to keep the RV Park operating smoothly.
Pay: $18/hr
Location: Angel Fire RV Resort
Employee Type: Hourly, non-exempt
Job Category: Part-time
Typical shift: 9am-6pm Saturdays and/or Sundays
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer phones and emails and assist guests with RV Park reservations
- Assist guests with propane
- Direct guests to slips or parking spots
- Clean and maintain office space
- Process sales and credit card transactions, collect fees and provide receipts
- Monitor and communicate with guests
- Assist guests with connections to electric, water and sewer
- Refer guest comments to the supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS
- Basic computer skills
- Cash handling experience
- Positive attitude
- Excellent guest service and communication skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude is a plus

We have storage and full time RV storage area, several monthly hookup locations and semi-truck accommodations and fee dry camping locations.
