Whiskey 'N Rye is looking for an experienced and driven General Manager to lead the daily operations of our high-energy restaurant as well as launch our expansion into an adjacent restaurant space with a secondary brand. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure smooth, efficient service.
- Supervise kitchen and service teams, ensuring high standards in food quality, presentation, and hospitality.
- Implement sales and service strategies to drive revenue and elevate the guest experience.
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members to build a motivated and high-performing staff.
- Oversee inventory control, ordering, and budgeting to ensure operational efficiency and cost control.
- Manage the Toast POS system and other technology platforms to streamline operations.
- Partner with the culinary team to innovate and maintain a menu that delights and engages our guests.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment that meets all health and safety standards.
- Monitor key performance indicators and adapt strategies to meet or exceed financial targets.
- Cultivate a positive, inclusive workplace culture that celebrates teamwork and individual contributions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management; prior experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role preferred.
- Culinary background or hands-on kitchen experience is a strong plus.
- Proficiency with Toast POS and other industry-relevant management software.
- Strong operational knowledge of restaurant systems, budgeting, and inventory management.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for creating memorable guest experiences and building community through hospitality.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
