We are a growing local marketing firm looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Charity Team Member to help ensure our clients’ fundraising initiatives succeed. In this role, you’ll work alongside a supportive team, helping to create meaningful connections and achieve fundraising goals while learning and growing within the company.

Core Team Member Responsibilities:
- Assist in hosting and supporting local community events to engage with potential and current donors and generate funds on our clients behalf.
- Help raise awareness of our nonprofit partners' missions, programs, and initiatives.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing donor questions, concerns, and feedback.
- Keep accurate records of donor interactions to help improve future engagement efforts.
- Collaborate with a team to ensure the smooth execution of events and operational tasks.
- Participate in training to develop your skills and prepare for additional responsibilities and growth.
- Share feedback and insights to improve the donor experience and event processes.
What We’re Looking For:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (experience in communications, business, or nonprofit fields is a plus).
- Some customer service or event experience is helpful, but we are open to entry-level candidates!
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Organizational skills to handle various tasks and priorities.
- A passion for helping others and a genuine interest in nonprofit causes.
- A desire to learn, grow, and take on new challenges.

Pay: $700.00 - $1,200.00 per week
