Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing staff to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Oversee patient care activities, ensuring adherence to best practices in pain management and utilization management.
- Conduct regular assessments of patient needs and coordinate care plans accordingly.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for all patients.
- Monitor vital signs and provide immediate interventions as necessary.
- Facilitate training and development opportunities for nursing staff to enhance their skills.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, including ICD-10 coding practices.
- Provide guidance on toddler care as needed, ensuring appropriate developmental support.
Requirements
- Current nursing license with supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
