What are the responsibilities and job description for the Restorative aide (Certified nursing assistant) Long term care position at Whispering Oaks Rehab & Nursing?
Employee must have good communication skills and work well with interdisciplinary team. Would be expected to perform all tasks of a certified nurse aide with additional tasks as a restorative aide. Must complete documentation as required for all post rehab exercises completed with the residents. Must be able to work well with other certified nurse aides teaching and training how to complete post rehab exercises in their daily routine.
