Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities and possess strong analytical and assessment skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement behavior intervention strategies based on applied behavior analysis principles
- Provide training and support to caregivers, teachers, and other professionals working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
- Proficiency in conducting diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles
- Familiarity with special education practices
- Excellent communication skills for working with individuals, families, and professionals
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Pay: From $50.00 per hour
