What You’ll Do
Frontline Tech Support (Ownership & Accountability)
- Serve as the first line of support for all hardware and software-related issues across your assigned region.
- Configure and install Car Wash Point of Sale systems, tunnel controllers, new user hardware (PCs, mobile phones, etc.), and peripherals.
- Provide remote and on-site support for field teams, ensuring tools and systems are operational and optimized.
Infrastructure Maintenance & Communication Systems (Transparency & Precision)
- Manage systems that keep the organization connected and functional, including:
- Desk and mobile phones
- Camera and surveillance systems
- VoIP platforms and VPNs
- Internet/Wi-Fi at office and wash locations
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal teams to ensure uptime and reliability.
System Integrity, Security & Compliance (Pride in What We Do)
- Maintain data security, backup protocols, and antivirus solutions to safeguard company infrastructure.
- Support PCI compliance efforts, file access controls, and user permissions.
- Implement and test disaster recovery strategies, including power redundancy and system restore operations.
Project Implementation & Innovation (Growth & Vision)
- Assist in delivering company-wide tech initiatives like Office 365 migrations or cloud file-sharing rollouts.
- Bring new ideas and solutions to leadership that reduce costs, improve efficiency, and support Whistle’s growth.
- Ensure all IT policies are upheld to support audit readiness and employee compliance.
What You Bring
Must-Have Qualifications & Skills
- Certifications or coursework in Microsoft OS, Office 365, and Android OS.
- 2 years experience supporting Windows systems, Office 365, and solving daily tech issues.
- Experience with mobile platforms, phone systems, and backup/restore protocols.
- Strong interpersonal skills—able to explain technical issues in everyday language.
- A solutions-oriented mindset and passion for helping others.
- Willingness to travel across the U.S. to support multiple car wash regions.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with network fundamentals and Point-of-Sale (POS) technology.
- Experience supporting remote teams or working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
- Bonus points for experience in camera systems, VPN, VoIP (Skype), and TeamViewer.
