Your Role as a District Operating Partner
As a District Operating Partner, you’ll oversee 3-5 Whistle Express Car Wash locations, serving as the primary leader for operational success and strategic implementation. Your responsibilities will include:
- Site Leadership & Oversight: Manage all aspects of a designated "home" car wash site, spending 40-50% of your time there. Lead and support Site Leaders at 2-4 additional sites, serving as their mentor and direct point of contact.
- District Performance Management: Conduct regular visits and audits for each site within your district, ensuring compliance with operational standards and company policies. Oversee reporting metrics and train Site Leaders to monitor and improve KPIs, driving performance across the district.
- Customer & Team Experience Excellence: Act as the escalation point for complex customer and associate issues, ensuring resolution aligns with Whistle Express’s service standards and core values. Support Site Leaders in fostering a positive, customer-centric culture at each site.
- Operational & Maintenance Troubleshooting: Provide guidance on troubleshooting maintenance and operational issues as they arise, supporting Site Leaders to maintain smooth, safe, and efficient operations across all sites.
