- Customer Experience: Ensure every customer receives exceptional service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and promoting our unlimited wash memberships and services.
- Operational Excellence: Help maintain daily operations, ensuring equipment functionality, upholding safety standards, and supporting the 'Sparkle Assurance' quality our customers expect.
- Sales Support: Partner with the Site Leader to achieve sales goals by promoting memberships, upselling services, and implementing promotions that drive growth.
- Problem-Solving & Decision Making: Assist in resolving customer concerns, addressing operational challenges, and making proactive decisions to enhance customer satisfaction and site performance.
