Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a . As a , you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and quality standards - Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently - Operate cash registers and other point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food preparation and serving areas - Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and rotating products - Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise - Follow all food safety protocols to ensure the health and safety of customers and staff - Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment Requirements: - Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required - Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and retail math - Familiarity with POS systems, preferably Aloha POS - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team - Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays - Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds Note: All positions at our company are paid, including internship positions.
