Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including workstations, equipment, and dining areas.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately using the POS system.
- Assist with food preparation and ensure all food handling practices meet safety standards.
- Manage inventory levels by restocking supplies as needed and communicating any shortages to management.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and support each other during busy periods.
- Stay informed about menu items, promotions, and seasonal offerings to effectively assist customers.
Skills

- Experience in food service or retail environments is preferred.

- Proficient in retail math for handling transactions accurately.
