Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Superintendent, located in northern Utah. The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on the construction site, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Daily tasks include managing construction site safety, organizing workflow, supervising site activities, coordinating with project managers, and addressing any issues that arise during the construction process.
Qualifications
- Skills in Construction Site Management, Organization, and Construction Safety
- Proficiency in Budgeting and Project Management
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work on-site in Brigham City, UT
- Relevant certifications or licenses in construction management are a plus
- A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in heavy civil, esrthwork, and underground utility construction is an advantage
