- Develop and implement Asset Care Plans for key assets
- Monitor and analyze reliability data for critical equipment
- Investigate performance issues and create improvement plans using data-driven methods
- Create maintenance strategies tailored to different types of equipment
- Lead and support internal maintenance projects
- Update engineering and equipment documentation to reflect current field conditions
- Engage in safety initiatives and contribute to safety programs
- Participate in Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), including Pre-Start-Up Safety Reviews (PSSRs) and Management of Change (MOC) processes
