- Maintain accurate client account information in the management system software. - Manage the implementation and support of the benefits software.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management to ensure transparency and alignment.
Skills:
- Proven experience in customer service.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly proficient computer skills.
- Experience preferred by not required.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
