Overview
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Beverage Cart Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while serving beverages and snacks to guests in a dynamic outdoor environment. You will play a key role in enhancing the overall experience for our patrons by ensuring they have access to refreshments throughout their visit.

Responsibilities

• Serve a variety of beverages and snacks from the beverage cart to guests in a timely and friendly manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage cart, ensuring all items are stocked and presented attractively.
• Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring all health and safety standards are met.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently to process transactions accurately.
• Engage with customers, providing information about menu items and making recommendations based on their preferences.
• Handle cash and credit transactions, maintaining accurate records of sales.
• Buss tables and assist in maintaining cleanliness in surrounding areas to enhance guest experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food items offered.

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred, especially within the food industry or café settings.
• Familiarity with basic retail math for handling transactions effectively.
• Experience operating POS systems is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
• A passion for helping others and creating memorable experiences for guests is essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality service.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $9.62 - $10.09 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 12 per week
