Academic and Behavior Intervention Coordinator (TOSA)
Salary Range: Per Educator Agreement Salary Schedule
Start Date: August, 2025
Work Week: 1.00 FTE
Student Level: White Bear Lake Area High School - Grades 9-12
Position Summary:
A successful candidate has the opportunity to work in a new and innovative high school building while supporting a broad spectrum of school students and ensuring that all students can answer "yes" to the following questions: Do I belong here? Is this meaningful? Can I do this? The candidate will perform difficult professional work of providing a broad range of academic and behavioral interventions for students at White Bear Lake Area High School. Additionally, the candidate will assist students with developing skills, attitudes, and knowledge needed as a foundation for future learning. This would be in accordance with each student's ability by using a variety methods at various levels. Finally, the candidate will be expected to complete all related work as apparent or assigned. Work is performed under the limited supervision of the Administration.
Education and /or Experience
Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience and hold a MN Administrator License.
Special Requirements
Licensed Teacher in the State of MN required
Licensed Administrator in the State of MN preferred.
Experience with and knowledge Mult-Tiered Systems of Support preferred.
