White Bear Lake Area Schools Community Education has an exciting opportunity for you in our Extended Day before / after school program! Our supervisors develop and implement programming that reflects diverse interests, talents and learning styles of our students.
Job responsibilities include :
- Lead teams, support activities, manage program spaces, supervise and provide guidance for students in a large education site
- Staff Hiring and Development
- Establish positive relationships with students, parents / guardians, building and school district staff
- Develops and fosters the implementation of individual behavior modification plans for children as needed
- Provide a safe, caring, fun environment for children
- Ensure compliance and completion of all site documentation and required paperwork
